Shipping Policy:

Shipments within the Continental United States*:

  • Orders of $.01 to $199.99 = $5.99 shipping
  • Orders of $200.00 and more = Free shipping
*Customers located outside the Continental US please call for shipping quotes and time.

This shipping policy covers Standard Ground via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on product and weight.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. For shipments to APO/FPO please call (866) 258-1554 or email sales@covebase-n-transitions.com

In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination. If you require your product sooner please call us at (866) 258-1554 for alternate shipping rates. Please note: customers are wholly responsible for these charges. Shipping charges are non refundable for weather delays.
Merchandise damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge if it is reported to the shipping agent and noted upon receipt.



Return Policy:

Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

If you receive your product and there is a problem such as size or wrong merchandise ordered, call or email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All charges to ship merchandise back is the responsibility of the shipper. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders that are not exchanged for correct product upon receiving a RMA number. We allow 7 days from the day the product was delivered to the shipping address to get a RMA number. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

Under no circumstance are the shipping charges refundable.

Installerstore is not responsible for items that are lost in shipping, so we strongly encourage shipping some way you can get a tracking number and insurance on the package. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return, and it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim.

Call us toll free at (866) 258-1554 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please make sure you have your order number (Order number is on the original e-mail you received from us, unless it was a phone order). If you paid by PayPal, please let us know that too.

Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to insure product has not been damaged in any way and is resalable. If items are damaged you will be contacted. Emails will been sent upon crediting the account.

ANY merchandise that is shipped back without getting a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the cost and shipping charges will not be refunded or return may be refused.

Special order items are not returnable. Special order items are anything not listed on the website and ALL Johnsonite Millwork and WallArt Covebase. Coils of any color are not returnable.
