Johnsonite Aluminum Floor Track Base with Pins for Stretched Carpet Transitioning
Easily transition from stretched carpet to other types of flooring by installing this track base between the two surfaces. A vinyl transition easily snaps into place on this aluminum floor track base. This provides you with a simple way to install carpet transitions. Installing a molding between the seam of two surfaces is a great way to ensure the safety of those in your home. By attaching the floor track base to the sub floor and securing a carpet transition to the top, you can prevent people from tripping on the carpet. Please note that the aluminum track with pins is used with stretched carpet only.
***This track base has pins, and is sold in 4' sections. The floor track base must be nailed down to the sub floor and is meant for use with stretched carpet only.
