Flexitions Flexible Floor Transition - Stainable Quarter Round
This Flexitions transition is an unfinished, stainable molding. Use this Flexitions transition as a stainable molding at the base of curved or arched walls for a creative molding solution for installation challenges. The Flexitions transition line is available in five different profiles and three different wood grain options: Oak, Maple, and exotic wood grain. This stainable molding from the Flexitions transition line is the only product of its kind, as it is flexible and unfinished, allowing you complete creative control during installation projects. Apply this Flexitions transition along the base of curved or arched walls to provide any space with a finished, streamlined appearance. Use this stainable molding to coordinate and transition flooring products such as wood flooring, laminate flooring, tile, vinyl stone, and more. Constructed of molded polyurethane foam.

Instructions for Stainable Molding - Staining Instructions:
- If needed, open grain with 150 grit sand paper.
- With cloth, apply oil based stain in desired color to this stainable molding. The faux wood grain will take stain like actual wood.
- Gently wipe off excess stain with cloth.
- Let stain dry for 15-20 minutes.
- Install this flexible, stainable molding with liquid nails or construction adhesive.
- After flexible molding is installed, apply clear coat to the Flexitions transition. Use a polyurethane based clear coat.
- No track of any kind is required for installation.
- Please note that Flexitions can be a temperature sensitive product. If in a cold climate, product may become hard. Simply place in direct sunlight or use hair dryer to warm the product to a malleable temperature.
